E como a sua empresa pode integr\u00e1-las de forma pr\u00e1tica e segura?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que cada uma exige?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NR-01 \u2013 Gerenciamento de Riscos Ocupacionais (GRO)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o da norma, o <strong>PGR (Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos)<\/strong> passou a ser obrigat\u00f3rio para todas as empresas com pelo menos um empregado. A NR-01 exige:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mapeamento de riscos f\u00edsicos, qu\u00edmicos, biol\u00f3gicos, ergon\u00f4micos e psicossociais<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planos de a\u00e7\u00e3o com medidas preventivas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Treinamentos obrigat\u00f3rios e rastre\u00e1veis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diagn\u00f3stico cont\u00ednuo e atualizado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documenta\u00e7\u00e3o acess\u00edvel para fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NR-05 \u2013 Comiss\u00e3o Interna de Preven\u00e7\u00e3o de Acidentes (CIPA)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A NR-05 exige que empresas com um determinado n\u00famero de funcion\u00e1rios constituam uma <strong>CIPA<\/strong>, com membros eleitos e designados para prevenir acidentes e promover a sa\u00fade no ambiente de trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A CIPA deve:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Realizar reuni\u00f5es mensais documentadas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registrar e acompanhar incidentes e riscos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promover a\u00e7\u00f5es educativas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Articular com o RH e o PGR<\/strong> para prevenir riscos reais<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LGPD \u2013 Lei Geral de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Dados<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>LGPD<\/strong> regula como a empresa coleta, trata e armazena dados pessoais \u2014 inclusive dados <strong>sens\u00edveis<\/strong>, como informa\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade, hist\u00f3rico de den\u00fancias, treinamentos realizados e situa\u00e7\u00f5es de risco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 essencial:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coletar e tratar apenas os dados necess\u00e1rios<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garantir <strong>base legal<\/strong> para uso dos dados (como consentimento ou obriga\u00e7\u00e3o legal)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Controlar o acesso \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es dos colaboradores<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ter um <strong>encarregado (DPO)<\/strong> ou canal de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o para titulares<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como integrar NR-01, NR-05 e LGPD na gest\u00e3o de pessoas?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A integra\u00e7\u00e3o dessas normas deve ser feita com foco em <strong>processos estruturados, tecnologia e seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica<\/strong>.
